Located in a quiet rural location, Fferam y Llyn combines the comfort of modern, high quality accommodation with the traditional and welcoming atmosphere you would expect at a farmhouse.

The perfect place to unwind, relax and explore the island's 125 miles of coastline. The property is very child friendly with many indoor and outdoor toys, a wooden cot, high chair and stair gate (on request). The property is also suitable for wheelchairs (on request).

Located at the heart of Anglesey Fferam y Llyn is an excellent base to make the most of your stay on this wonderful island. Anglesey has many unspoilt sandy beaches and a variety of outdoor activities to offer. With the many well kept foot paths, bridle paths, and cycle routes – walkers, horse riders and cyclists alike will be in their element. And without forgetting fishermen who have the numerous beaches, piers, the sea, lakes and reservoirs to choose from, including a small lake on the farm.

Accomodation: Sleeps 12 (maximum 10 adults and 2 children plus infant)  in 5 bedrooms

Ground floor bedrooms - 2 twin rooms and one king size en-suite (separate bath and large power shower) room with wonderful views.

Upstairs bedrooms - one double en-suite bedroom with a wooden cot, and a family room with a king size bed and two small single beds (2'6" not 3") with a dressing room and en-suite shower room. Both rooms have spectacular lake views.

The property offers a large sociable kitchen with granite worktops, dishwasher, double oven and induction hob and a pantry with an American fridge freezer, utility room with washing machine, dining area, two living rooms with large flat screen televisions (log burner and DVD player in one), large hallway and separate toilet and shower room by the back door. There is plenty of space to sit out and enjoy the beautiful views and have a BBQ while the children play in the wooden play house or swing on the wooden swingset. There is also free Wi-Fi available.

Directions

After crossing the Britannia Bridge, carry on the A55 to junction 5 signposted Rhosneigr and ‘Llyn Alaw’ (brown signs – you will need to follow these signs all the way). Turn right onto the B5112 to Trefor. At Trefor turn left onto the B5109. Take the next right after 400m signposted for Llanddeusant. Carry on this road for approx. 1.5 miles and turn right at the T-junction. Take the next right for Llanerchymedd after approx. 1 mile then after 300m turn left for Llanbabo/Carreglefn by a post box. After approx. 1.5 miles you will pass the entrance to ‘Llyn Alaw’ on your right, carry on and take the second left after approx. 1 mile and ‘Fferam y Llyn’ is the first house on the left.
